The LPM project is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment for all participants. We value the contributions of every individual and strive to create a collaborative and diverse community. This code of conduct outlines our expectations for behavior within the project community.
Expected Behavior

Be Respectful: Treat all participants with kindness, respect, and empathy. Disagreements and discussions are natural, but always approach them in a constructive and courteous manner.

Inclusive Language: Use language that is inclusive, avoiding any discriminatory or offensive terms, including but not limited to those related to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, and more.

Open-mindedness: Embrace diverse viewpoints and experiences. Be open to learning from others and expanding your understanding.

Collaboration: Work together and support each other to achieve the project's goals. Encourage a positive and cooperative atmosphere.

Constructive Criticism: Provide feedback in a helpful and considerate manner. Focus on the ideas, not the individuals presenting them.

Respect Privacy: Always obtain permission before sharing personal information about individuals and respect their privacy choices.
Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors are considered unacceptable within the LPM community:

Harassment: Any form of harassment, including but not limited to offensive comments, intimidation, or unwelcome advances, is not tolerated.

Discrimination: Discrimination based on factors such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics will not be tolerated.

Hate Speech: Hate speech, offensive language, or harmful stereotypes are not acceptable within the community.

Trolling and Disruption: Deliberate disruption of discussions or trolling that creates a negative environment is unacceptable.

Invasion of Privacy: Sharing personal information without consent and other forms of invasion of privacy are not allowed.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you witness or experience any behavior that violates this code of conduct, please report it to the project maintainers. All reports will be reviewed and addressed promptly and confidentially.
In cases of repeated or severe violations, the project maintainers may take appropriate action, including warning, moderation, or banning, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
